Help users browse and purchase customized items. Create a website that focuses on customization and details. Currently the boutique processes orders through social media direct messages.

PROCESS

Identify research goals, conduct competitor analysis, and identify user pain points. Using this information, I decided to create a website.

On the website they can browse, get ideas and select their items. Once they select their items they can customize on the website and include specific details. Then they can sign in or create an account and check out. These steps streamline the ordering process and provide a better user experience.
